South Asian American Heritage Day

Pursuant to Senate Bill 422 (Chapter 169) and House Bill 746 (Chapter 170), which were passed during the 2015 Legislative Session and effective yesterday, the Governor of Maryland must annually proclaim October 2nd as South Asian American Heritage Day.
